I’m a Maine-based Momma who loves to adventure around the state of Maine with my almost 8 year old daughter. When I’m not adventuring with her and my husband, I work as a special education teacher at a southern Maine high school.

What makes Maine so special to me? Hands down our most special place to adventure to is Mount Desert Island and I can’t wait to write about some of my favorite things to do up there. The second reason Maine is so special to us is that most of our family and friends live close by and adventuring with them is the best!
